How should I best store my spices now that I've invested in such good stuff?

Keep them out of sunlight, we know they are pretty but they shouldn't live on your windowsill.
Away from moisture, condensation and heat - next to the stove is convenient but not ideal.
In an airtight jar or container, air makes your bikkies stale and it will make your spices stale too!
