BBQ Bikkies

Ingredients

  • 200g plain flour

  • 1⁄4 teaspoon fine sea salt

  • 100mL cold water

  • 50mL neutral vegetable oil

  • 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce Extra oil, for brushing

  • 30g S+S Barbie Bikkie Seasoning

1/ Preheat oven to 170oC.
2/ Combine flour, salt, water, oil and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl and mix into a sticky dough.
3/ Turn onto a floured surface and knead until dough is soft and elastic.
4/ Divide into four portions and cover until required.
5/ Take each portion and roll out between two sheets of baking until about 2mm thick. 6/ Cut dough into desired geometric figures on the baking paper. Keep off cuts for next batch.
7/ Brush or spray figures with a little extra oil and bake for 16 to 20 minutes, until light golden and very crisp.
8/ Brush or spray bikkies with a little oil and sprinkle with seasoning. Allow to cool and store in airtight container.
9/ Repeat with remaining dough.

Makes enough heavily seasoned geometric figures to fill approximately 2.37 green cardboard boxes.
