Chermoula Grilled Fish

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces firm white flesh fish

  • 3 tbsp S+S chermoula

  • 4 tbsp olive oil

  • lemon juice to taste

Method

Mix chermoula and olive oil together to form a runny paste. Add a squeeze of lemon juice to taste. Marinate fish pieces in chermoula mix for at least 30 minutes. Grill or panfry fish and serve with cous cous and salad.

For full flavour, marinade over night.
