Does a bear play hazy cosmic jive in the woods? Ok, no, probably not, but yes we do!  We also just like silly music puns a whole lot... it really started with our original spice blend 'The Funky Chicken'

Once I eat kampot pepper will I ever be able to enjoy other pepper again?

No probably not.

How should I best store my spices now that I've invested in such good stuff?

A

• Keep them out of sunlight, we know they are pretty but they shouldn't live on your windowsill.

• Away from moisture, condensation and heat - next to the stove is convenient but not ideal.

• In an airtight jar or container, air makes your bikkies stale and it will make your spices stale too!
