GLUHWEIN

Roughly translating as “glow-wine”, glühwein is a traditional German mulled wine made from red wine, heated with spices such a cinnamon, cloves, citrus.

Brew: Add 3 tbsp (15g) Glühwein, 750ml red wine and 50g sugar to a small pot. Gently heat until the wine is “rolling” in the pot, but not simmering or boiling. Heat for 15 minutes. Strain, then enjoy!

SPICE ODDITY MASALA CHAI

Our signature spicy blend of ginger, clove, cardamom, fennel, pepper and robust Assam black tea. Best served with milk and honey.

Brew: For each cup steep 1 tsp of tea in 1/2 cup of boiling water and add 1/2 cup hot milk and heat in a pot until flavours have infused. Strain and sweeten to taste

DARK + SPICY HOT CHOCOLATE

Spice Oddity’s Hot Chocolate powder features a spicy kick of Kampot Red Peppercorns to compliment the dark double dutch cocoa.

Brew: Add 2 tbsp of Dark + Spicy powder to a small pot with 300ml milk of your choice and gently warm over medium heat. Alternatively, whisk it together and warm it
